image with the goat in the middle will return you to the homepage from anywhere.
The shopping section allows browsing and learning about the various product
Kaladi carries. Academy has information regarding coffee origins and history
of coffee.

The
Basics of our Online Store
There are two ways to
order coffee online from us:
1. Registering a user
account (we store your information for your future return visits), this option
is a must have if you wish to have order notification on.
2. Not creating an account
(you fill out the information for a specific transaction, and that info is not
kept).
Using the shopping
cart:
From your shopping cart
you can select the grind you want for your coffee, delete items, change quantity,
and proceed to the checkout.
The shopping cart icon
is located near the top right-hand corner of the screen. If your cart is
empty it will say "quick check out", and take you to your empty
shopping cart and a roasted bean selector will allow you to quickly choose what
you want. If your cart has product in it, it will display "view cart",
and show bags of coffee in the cart. Selecting this will take you to your shopping
cart.
If you know exactly
what you want to buy, there is a quick check-out dropdown selector
from the homepage. This will take you directly to your shopping cart, adding
your selected items.

Privacy
Policy
The privacy policy at
Kaladi Brothers Coffee is simple: we don't share any information with anyone
under any circumstances, ever. This includes but is not limited to your address,
personal information, credit card information, and your ordering habits. We
maintain records of your information insofar as that information helps us to
serve you in an efficient manner, ensuring the accurancy of your orders and
providing you with timely confirmations of purchases made on your account. Account
information is stored in encrypted form on secure servers, and is never given,
sold, or in any shared with any party outside Kaladi Brothers Coffee Co.

Return
Policy
Kaladi Coffee
is 100% Guaranteed!
If any Kaladi Coffee
fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it, or will refund the full
cost of the product, including ground shipping expenses. If any used machinery
fails to meet your expectations, we will happily refund 100% of your money upon
receipt of said machinery in the same condition in which is was sold, return
shipping and insurance paid by buyer. New commercial machinery warranty information
is available upon request, and varies by manufacturer. All new machinery comes
with a written warranty that supercedes all prior and
unwritten warranties.
If you feel you need
to return an item or secure a refund, simply contact us and we will be happy
to oblige. If necessary, we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you.
