At long last we bring back a favorite! It’s been a while but we held out until we found one that was truly extraordinary. We stumbled through a lot of “pretty good” ones until we found the one that hit all the right notes.
In Kirundi, “incuti” means relative, but it can also mean friend. Grown near a high-altitude rainforest among tea, banana, bean and cassava plants, these exceptional coffees are sourced from small holder farmers who meticulously care for their land and produce. The trees are all heirloom variety Bourbon trees and the coffee is fully washed and patio dried.
This is a rich, savory coffee with deep notes of bisque, turmeric, cumin and basil.
