Years ago, we were introduced to this concentrate machine invented by the same creator of our roasters, Michael Sivetz. He had built a loyal following of customers who loved their “Sivetz Coffee Essence”. Admittedly, we were not convinced there was a retail potential for this product but after experiencing too many lackluster “coffee” beers we decided that there was a need for a better product for brewers. Unfortunately, Mike passed away that same year, so we thought we missed our chance. However, we were able to secure his device when his place shut down and we began brewing concentrate for local distillers and brewers. When one of our staff members got a hold of this clever bottle so that he could take concentrate with him on a hiking trip Brew Shot was born!
Brew Shot is perfect for backpacking trips or camping out in the wild. That way, all you need is hot water and a cup so your pack load is lighter and you still get a delicious cup of coffee every morning. It will last up to 10 days stored out of the refrigerator and up to 3 months stored in the refrigerator.
Each container holds 16 ounces and is sold for $29.75. Unlike other concentrates this is true to brew so you experience all of your favorite aromas from our beans. We have our Trieste, Peru Andes Gold, Costa Rica La Minita and Decaf Trieste available!

I was hoping for a good cup of coffee in the mountains on my pack trip. Sadly, the lack of aroma and taste with just a bitter cup of eh the first morning and I switched to the cowboy coffee the next day. Still love my Kaladi brew from beans each morning now that I’m home.

Love both decaf and regular Trieste and the Costa Rica La Minita. I bought my first one as a time saver since I usually grind and brew fresh each time in a perfectly seasoned Moka Pot. I have used the pot less and less over the last 4 months until I realized I haven’t brewed fresh in nearly a month. However Kaladi packages this elixir, they are doing it right. It tastes fresh brewed to a fussy me and all of my guests over those months.
