In the early 1990’s, a small roaster in Alaska began promoting espresso to eager customers. Very soon they realized they needed a training program to help their fledgling business. The Espresso Science One Video Training program was born. While much has changed over the years on espresso bars, the basics are still the same and this program has stood the test of time better than mullets.
